How are you doing this week?

Did you get your workouts in? Did you manage the 500 meters? Are you ready for this upcoming week's mission?

  1. Aargh! I came down with the flu on Tuesday and haven't been able to do anything all week. I'm hoping I'm feeling well enough tomorrow to start...

  2. I got the 500 meters, but only did two workouts last week. I'm thinking running in the morning instead of after work might help me stick with it.

  3. I managed 500 meters 2 times this week on the treadmill. Discovered it's not nearly as easy on the road. Didn't quite make it to 500 meters on my 3rd attempt. Kind of annoyed by that. Still hate every minute of it but I'm too stubborn to give up on the challenge.

  4. I never thought I would manage to run even a few hundred meters, so I was sure my ipod was wrong when I ran 1 km right away! :) Thanks for the inspiration, I even bought the running tights and they sure did work wonders ;-) Bring on the next challenge!
