This is how we'll work on this.
This week and next week, I want you to get the 3km smooth and nice.
Then, after that you'll add 500 meters each week until we're running 5 k.
That's in less than 2 months. You'll be able to do it. You're strong and healthy. You were made to run.
ps. If you've run or are trying to run 3k thinking you can't run as fast as whoever is fastest in this challenge I want to tell you this: Let that thought go! You're competing against yourself. When you started this, did you even think you could run 3k nonstop? Every meter or yard is progress. Be proud of yourself! Reward yourself!
