New challenge!

Couldn't make it 3,5 kms, so you have to run 4. But you can do it. At worst, it's another 10 minutes of running after you've run 3.


  1. I love the fact that we have a month to do this :). I've been rehabbing a strained calf (I WOULD try out new insoles in shoes that were just fine...) and though it's almost back to normal, I've been taking it slow for the past few weeks and regaining the fitness I'd worked for before 'the strain'. Anyway, Exciting stuff!!
