I love the fact that we have a month to do this :). I've been rehabbing a strained calf (I WOULD try out new insoles in shoes that were just fine...) and though it's almost back to normal, I've been taking it slow for the past few weeks and regaining the fitness I'd worked for before 'the strain'. Anyway, Exciting stuff!!
I'm not a doctor or even a professional athlete. I'm just a working mother of 3 who found myself a runner and am still in shock. This is just about cheering for healthy people who want to start running but lack motivation. If you have any medical concerns or worries, see a pro.
